International Shipping
We have a flat rate fee for all shipping. We use standard delivery mail on international orders and delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. Please allow 8 - 10 working days for your order to be delivered. If for any reason extra postage & handling or taxes may occur upon arrival for international orders, this will be at the customers expense. Payment of the above is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by you.
In a rush? Express Shipping is also available for an additional price. Express shipping takes 3 working days, please inquire by emailing us at support@zinvo.eu or by visiting our contact page for an accurate price estimate to your country.
 
 
Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept returns & exchanges. Purchases must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt of the delivery date.
Ship your package using a traceable method, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records.
ZINVO Europe will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Please exercise caution when trying on our watches.
No return or exchanges accepted on items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code.
To request a return, simply email support@zinvo.eu with your name, email, and order number.
 
 
Currency Conversion
All prices listed on our site are in EUROS, and charged in EUROS. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay.
